Rhonda has degrees in Accounting and Finance from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. She has served as Treasurer for the Home Builders and Contractors Association, Community of Hope, and other nonprofit organizations and business associations in support of her community.

“Trenton Mill Lofts is unique in so many ways that it makes an interesting case study in design, operation and financing. Transforming an abandoned cotton mill into market rate apartments was both challenging and rewarding. The city was a great partner in this endeavor and the use of historic tax credits added a new twist to the traditional financing model often used in other projects. This project is the perfect example of looking at every aspect from a unique perspective in order to make the project successful.”
