Stadium Lofts

  • Stadium Lofts is the third project in the VIDA series and in many ways is the most dynamic of the brand. The retail will include a team store for the baseball franchise as well as a first floor brewery and entertainment space. Residential units will offer premium features, finishes and amenity spaces to include a rooftop lounge area overlooking the field.

  • Stadium Lofts will boast retail, with 99 luxury residential lofts situated along the first base line of the new Kannapolis baseball stadium.

The Flats At High Street

Nashua, NH

Project Highlights

  • Aldermen will be presented with a master development agreement with Lansing Melbourne Group, LLC, for the city-owned parking lot on School Street. LMG is proud to construct a seven-story apartment complex on property currently used as a downtown parking lot. The proposal includes the sale of the parking lot parcel for $900,000. The site is located about one block from Main Street, and is across from the Harbor Homes facility on High Street; it now serves as a public parking lot. According to the proposed master development agreement, the developer intends to construct a 160,000-square-foot building with 156 apartments. Conceptual plans include a seven-story building with 42 studio units, 76 one-bedroom units and 32 two-bedroom units.

  • Mayor Jim Donchess said recently that the vacancy rate for apartments in Nashua is at a record low of .6%, and rents increased 19% over the past four years. "Housing is a critical need for our residents, for our business community and for a healthier economy" said Donchess.

NOVI Rise

Concord, NC

Project Highlights

  • Located next to the new City Hall on Market Street will be the largest of the three projects proposed for downtown Concord that will be called the Novi Rise. The Novi Rise is designed to stand 7-stories tall as an upscale market rate apartment building with 30 studio, 109 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom apartments, and 3,359 sqft of retail space. To support diversity and inclusion we plan to dedicate a portion of the units as affordable to tenants earning below 80% of the area median income. The apartments will boast finishes such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, high efficiency furnaces with air condoning, and in-unit washers/dryers. On-site amenities will likely include a pool, dog washing station, secure Amazon package lockers, and a fitness center. These amenities will be accessible to the tenants at our other two Market Street buildings as well which will tie the residents together in a sense of community as well as creating even more foot traffic along Market Street.
