Pete graduated from Holy Cross and started his career on Wall Street on the equity sales desk at 7Park Data, an analytics firm later acquired by Vista Equity Partners. He moved back to Boston to join Equity Industrial Partners, where he spent nearly three years in acquisitions and asset management. His portfolio grew from roughly eight million to twenty two million square feet, including an eight million square foot portfolio in the Midwest from UBS and a two million square foot portfolio from IDI Gazeley in El Paso.

 

Pete's asset management work centered on his institutional joint ventures with Angelo Gordon and Raith Capital. After a year at Charter Contracting Company in brownfields redevelopment, he joined Trammell Crow, where he led industrial acquisitions across New England for five years, with a particular focus on Southern New Hampshire. That work included a three hundred and twenty five thousand square foot development in Merrimack and entitlement of a four building, seven hundred and fifty thousand square foot park in Londonderry. He left Trammell Crow to launch his own development advisory firm, Jersey Lane Management, which has been up and running since April. Pete's expertise is in the full development cycle: identifying sites or existing buildings, then entitling, capitalizing, constructing, leasing, and ultimately disposing of them.
