Chief of Staff
Nicole Jenkins serves as the Chief of Staff at LMG, where she plays a central role in managing the firm’s operations, compliance, team, and entire real estate portfolio. With over a decade of experience in real estate law, leasing, due diligence, and complex closings, she brings both structure and strategy to every part of the business.
Known as the glue that holds the organization together, Nicole is involved in nearly every aspect of the company’s work—from managing internal processes and supporting employees to coordinating across departments and keeping leadership aligned. She thrives in fast-paced environments where problem-solving, decision-making, and clear communication are key.
Nicole works closely with senior leadership to drive LMG’s vision forward, streamline execution, and keep both the team and the work aligned. Her strength lies in balancing the big picture with day-to-day—keeping everything moving smoothly without missing a beat.
Outside of the office, you’ll likely find her on a boat, fishing rod in hand, recharging on the water. Nicole holds a BA in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is currently pursuing a Construction Management specialization at Columbia University.
