The baseball stadium and nearby retail & restaurants on West Avenue offer amenities for both projects that are difficult to replicate!"

Glenn Young has spent the recent half of his career in the hospitality industry, with more recent experience in multifamily. He has experience in all aspects of real estate finance and asset management, including capital markets, lender and investor relations, property renovation and development, acquisition, and disposition. He has executed $300mm+ of debt/equity transactions over his career through a variety of financing sources. Glenn attended undergraduate school at UNC Chapel Hill and received an MBA from Wake Forest University. He lives in Winston Salem with his wife and three children.
