A new set of eyes can often bring insite to the details.  Our team can perform drawing reviews for layout functionality of amenity spaces, retail, residential units, back of house functions, electrical and lighting layout. 


These reviews often culminate in Value Engineering suggestions and constructability comments.

While many steps of development are wash, rinse and repeat, the design of each project brings personality and community impact. Aside from the building architecture, the FF&E is often the most impactful visual element and dictates choices made throughout the process. Our design services include:

  • Full FF&E design, purchasing, logistics and installation of amenity, common areas, model units and contract furnishings for multi-unit scenarios

  • Provide FF&E design boards for owner approval with curated design elements and furnishings

  • Provide scaled floor plans for furniture placement and furnishing suggestions

  • Selection of specialty lighting and layout in amenity and common areas

  • Creation of curated design boards for owner approval of FF&E selections and aesthetic direction

  • Space planning, purchase and logistics coordination of FF&E items based on budget and lead time to fulfill project aesthetics and visually appealing amenity spaces.

Have a plan but need a helping hand?  The LMG Design Team services are offered a la carte to fit your individual needs.  Can't find the perfect sofa to fit your space?  Need help with vending amenities, dog wash design, or space planning?  Just need a design board to convey your vision to investors or contractors?  We're happy to help, and trust us, no request is too random.
