"My favorite LMG project so far is the Hyatt Studios in Danville, VA. It’s been a great introduction to how LMG navigates complex public-private partnerships to bring catalytic development to smaller markets. From creative financing to working closely with the City, it’s been exciting to see how all the pieces come together to make a project like this possible."

Development Associate

Connor Bath is a Development Associate at LMG, where he supports mixed-use, adaptive reuse, and public-private partnership projects across the southeastern United States. Before joining LMG, Connor worked with the Development Finance Initiative (an affiliate of the UNC School of Government), where he helped North Carolina municipalities assess financial feasibility for transformative projects. His work included drafting market-rate and affordable housing proformas, structuring public investment, and advising on RFP strategies to attract qualified developers.
Connor also brings hands-on experience as the principal of a small-scale development firm, leading residential projects from acquisition and entitlement through lease-up and operations. He began his career in construction, supporting over $165 million in active developments. Connor holds a B.S. in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler, with a concentration in Real Estate Development and Finance.
