Luke Dillard’s passion for real estate started at an early age, inspired by his parents. As a teenager, he often shadowed his dad, watching him run numbers and analyze financial models—an experience that sparked his interest in the industry. That early curiosity led Luke to pursue a Finance degree with a concentration in real estate, laying the foundation for his career.

Today, Luke is an Asset Management Associate at LMG, where he applies his financial expertise and passion for development to support the firm’s growing portfolio. Outside of work, he’s a proud dog dad to Nova and an avid golfer, always up for the challenge and strategy the game brings.
