Bailey was born and raised in the Carolina mountains and now lives in Charlotte’s lively South End. With a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Development and a background in city planning and studio art, Bailey blends analytical skill with creativity in the real estate field.

Bailey’s experience spans asset analysis, property management, and coordinating multi-million-dollar transactions, paired with certifications in real estate analytics and development. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys painting in the genres of surrealism and impressionism—an artistic passion that inspires fresh perspectives and creative problem-solving. Rooted in Carolina values, Tar Heel blue, and fueled by a love for Charlotte’s dynamic growth, Bailey brings dedication, adaptability, and a unique creative lens to every professional endeavor.

Bailey holds an AS in Marketing from CCC&TI. After completing this, she went on to get her BA in Studio Art and City Planning from UNC Chapel Hill. Post graduation, she worked as a full-time nanny while also attending Cornell University to get her Real Estate Development Certification. Once she graduated with this, she went on to get her MS from UNC Charlotte.
