Project Detail

Located next to the new City Hall on Market Street will be the largest of the three projects proposed for downtown Concord that will be called the Novi Rise. The Novi Rise is designed to stand 7-stories tall as an upscale market rate apartment building with 30 studio, 109 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom apartments, and 3,359 sqft of retail space.

To support diversity and inclusion we plan to dedicate a portion of the units as affordable to tenants earning below 80% of the area median income. The apartments will boast finishes such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, high efficiency furnaces with air condioning, and in-unit washers/dryers. On-site ameniTes will likely include a pool, dog washing station, secure Amazon package lockers, and a fitness center. These amenities will be accessible to the tenants at our other two Market Street buildings as well which will tie the residents together in a sense of community as well as creating even more foot traffic along Market Street.
